My brother worked as a sports psychologist for a few years over in the US, but had to leave the country after lawsuits started to pile up against him.

One involved a young golfer who he told to “unleash the insane beast within & let it rage” when putting. Sadly, this apparently caused the guy to ‘lose it’ a bit & begin hacking great divots out of the perfectly prepared greens with his irons, then physically threaten the tournament referee.

My brother was banned by the USPGA & sued for $12m!
